Weekly Update

Hello Life Group Leaders! It’s time! Our official kick-off week for groups is approaching this next week. I hope you’re ready and feeling good and prepared to start. As always, let me or any of our coaches know if there are things you need help with as this semester begins.

For now, here’s what you need to know this week:

1. Here’s thee first LG Discussion Guide for our “Are You Ready” series studying across 2 Peter. You can always access it through the message notes in the app or on the media page of the website. 2. After Momentum, we have updated our page of Life Group Leader resources. If you’re reading this on the web, just click the button above for Life Group Leaders, and that page has this year’s updated Life Group Leader Manual. It also has the refreshed pdf of Group Commitments if you utilize those with your group. Or go to https://parkway.church/lifegroupleaders/

3. Remember we’ll be moving shortly into a Coordinated Study. We’ll ask all Life Groups to participate in this study alongside the whole church as part of a church-wide conversation. Please make it a priority for your group content. The dates will be: the week of September 27th – November 15th. That will leave a little time beforehand in September and a few weeks afterward at the end of the semester for other topics if you so choose. The content will be going through the book of Colossians – a great epistle study! Thanks for planning ahead to join together with us.

4. Our next Connect meeting time together will be at the end of September, on Sunday the 27th. 11:00am in the Swenson House (Bldg. B). We hope to see you all there!
