Great Adventure
What is the Great Adventure?
Great Adventure is a community outreach initiative we launch during the summer months of June and July as a church family. Our students are intentionally trained in teaching and evangelism as we propel them into opportunities to lead teams and groups to share the gospel with kids in our community.
We need everyone in our church body to be involved – whether it’s hosting a kids club on your lawn, driving students to clubs, or volunteering with our Summerfest celebration – this is an incredible opportunity for us to make a difference in our community as we continuing multiplying genuine life in Christ!

Pkwy Kids Clubs
In a local home yard or neighborhood park, you have the opportunity to invite families in your neighborhood to come have a blast as a group of our students will come and play games and share the gospel. It’s an incredible catalyst to meet your neighbors and build relationships with those around you! Find a club near you after June 7 when the map is complete!
Summerfest
At the end of Pkwy Kids Clubs week, on Friday, June 26, from 6:30pm – 9:00pm, we will host a massive celebration festival on our church property. With food, games, bouncy-houses, a petting zoo, and more – it’s an incredible event to invite all those families involved in the kids clubs and more in our neighborhoods and communities to come and connect.

Xtreme Adventure is the only event that kids need to be registered for in advance! Register for XA here!
A map of Pkwy Kids Club locations will be available in June. There is no registration for kids to attend Pkwy Kids Clubs. Just show up!
If you would like to Host a Pkwy Kids Club or be a Driver for them, please Register Here.
We can use all hands on deck with as much help as possible throughout the Great Adventure, but there is absolutely no requirement to serve in order for your kids to be involved!
Any adult can Host a Pkwy Kids Club at their home in their front yard or back yard or you can Host at a neighborhood park. You can Host as an individual or with other adults. Hosting is a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors. You don’t need to have kids the ages of Clubs to Host. We encourage you to pray for all your neighbors and spend time getting to know how to serve them. One way is by Hosting a Club! (All Hosts will need to pass a background check.)
They can be in yards of personal homes, community centers of an apartment complex or neighborhood, or any park. A map of locations will be available in June.
XA is designed for graduating 4th – 6th graders. Kids Clubs are aimed towards kinder – 3rd graders, and Summerfest is for the whole family!
