Hey! I’m a Graduate Student Counselor who works with teen males, young adult men, Christian leaders, and couples navigating challenges such as sexual addiction, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward—whether they are struggling with compulsive behaviors, processing past pain, or trying to strengthen their relationships. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore patterns, understand your emotions, and begin creating meaningful change.
I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. I help clients build resilience, regulate emotions, and develop practical strategies for growth, drawing from my experience in ministry and my certification as a Sexual Addiction Recovery Coach and ongoing training to become a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist. I am especially passionate about supporting young men and offering a relatable, culturally aware presence for clients seeking understanding and connection in therapy.
My path to counseling is rooted in a powerful personal story of resilience and purpose. After surviving a car accident that led to the amputation of my left leg, I learned to walk again at 20 and discovered a calling to help others find hope and healing. As I complete my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring compassion, authenticity, and a touch of humor to my work, reminding you that you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
